Our stay at Paz-2 Norte Estudios was amazing. The room was clean and modern, with a beautiful view of 5th Ave. We loved sitting on the balcony and enjoying the music from the nearby bars. The owner's store next to the entrance made check-in easy, and the staff were helpful in guiding us to the right direction. The location was perfect, just a short walk from the ADO terminal and close to the ferry. The apartment was well-equipped and comfortable, with cold A/C and hot water. We were impressed with the accommodations and would definitely book here again.

wanted to see playa del carmen popular places and this apartment was excellent base for exploring most of them. and thanks to its central location it was not far from the ado bus terminal, 5th avenue, and ado bus station.

The room was as described, spacious and comfortable, with a large king bed and two sofa beds. The AC worked well and kept the room cool at all times. The bathroom was clean and the TV had cable and streaming service options. I loved having two balconies, one with a view of the street and a partial city view. the location was excellent, just one block from the bus station, three blocks from the ferry, and two blocks from the beach.

The difficulty in finding the hotel, as there was no signage and the reception was tucked away inside a shop. there was some noise from the bars below until midnight, so it might not be ideal for families with children or those seeking an early night.

This place is a great spot for exploring the area, and the apartment provides a peaceful atmosphere with a good shower and comfortable bath sheets in the bathroom.

We had a very good stay in Playa del Carmen close to ferry, the main attractions, ADO bus station. Central location was a plus, quiet atmosphere.
